Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PREPARO DE HIDROLISADO BASE PELA HIDRÓLISE DE MATERIAIS DE CELULOSE DE PLANTAS COM ÁCIDO SULFÚRICO CONCENTRADO. A presente invenção diz respeito a um método para aproveitamento de materiais de celulose de plantas, em particular a um método para preparar um hidrolisado base pela hidrólise de materiais de celulose de plantas com ácido sulfúrico concentrado. Os materiais de celulose de plantas são misturados com ácido sulfúrico em bateladas, e o hidrolisado base é obtido após a hidrólise. A mistura em lotes inclui os seguintes procedimentos: (1) uma solução de ácido sulfúrico é usada para dissolver parte dos materiais de celulose de plantas formando dessa maneira um hidrolisado; (2) quando os materiais de celulose de plantas não conseguem mais ser dissolvidos, ácido sulfúrico concentrado com uma concentração maior do que 80% em peso é adicionado sucessivamente ao hidrolisado, e outra parte dos materiais de celulose de plantas é acrescentada; (3) em seguida o procedimento da etapa (2) é repetido até que todos os materiais de celulose de plantas estejam completamente hidrolisados. O método que utiliza ácido sulfúrico concentrado para preparar o hidrolisado base pode hidrolisar o máximo de celulose com um mínimo de ácido sulfúrico, dessa maneira reduzindo o custo de recuperação de ácido proporcionado por quilo de açúcar obtido pela hidrólise.
