Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA ENCHIMENTO DE UM RECIPIENTE. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para manipular recipientes (2) de um tipo desmontável, compreendendo uma ou mais estações (S), e uma unidade de transporte (4). O dispositivo está disposto para receber os ditos recipientes (2) orientados em uma primeira direção (P1), e a unidade de transporte (4) está disposta para transportar os ditos recipientes (2) para pelo menos uma das ditas estações (S), movendo os recipientes (2) em uma segunda direção (P2) ao longo de uma trajetória curva (6), a dita segunda direção (P2) sendo perpendicular à dita primeira direção (P1). O dispositivo tem um meio de retenção fornecido para a dita pelo menos uma estação (S) e localizado em uma posição estacionária adjacente à estação (S), e um meio de transferência (18) que é fornecido para a dita pelo menos uma estação (S) e suportado pela unidade de transporte (4), e que é ciclicamente móvel ao longo de uma trajetória sem fim entre uma posição de captação (A) e uma posição de distribuição (B) localizada adjacente à estação (S). O meio de transferência (18) está disposto para captar pelo menos um recipiente (2) na posição de captação (A) e transferir o dito pelo menos um recipiente (2), na posição de distribuição (B), para o meio de retenção. A invenção refere-se a um método para manipular recipientes de um tipo desmontável em uma máquina de enchimento.
