Abstract
PEÇA OU FERRAMENTA E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DAS MESMAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a produção de peças altamente demandadas a baixo custo. O método é especialmente bem apropriado para matrizes (22) de trefilação profunda, mas também qualquer outro tipo de ferramental. O mesmo também é muito bem apropriado para componentes de máquina de grandes dimensões e com altas solicitações mecânicas, tais como rotores e gaiolas de moinhos de vento e outras máquinas grandes. As peças ou ferramentas são moldadas com cerâmica de baixo custo, como um concreto de alta resistência (25) (com menção especial para HPC ou UHPC) ou concreto refratário com baixo teor de água ou qualquer outro material de alta resistência mecânica e baixo custo (cerâmicas de baixo custo ou polímeros de alta resistência são especialmente apropriados). Uma vez moldada, a superfície de trabalho da matriz (22) ou peça é revestida com um metal, um intermetálico ou uma cerâmica de alta performance. São usadas técnicas de projeção ou decomposição para obter a superfície de trabalho de alto valor. Opcionalmente, tratamentos de fusão localizados (IR, laser, HDIR ou qualquer outra fonte de energia localizada) são aplicados para obter densidade total na superfície. Também soldagem, deposição por laser ou qualquer outra deposição por derretimento podem ser aplicadas (frequentemente sobre uma camada intermediária depositada ou projetada). Diferentes camadas podem ser aplicadas, e através de mascaramento apropriado pode ser obtida uma funcionalidade específica da superfície. Rolos, mordentes, suportes de rolamentos, bancadas de máquinas e outras partes estruturais e qualquer outra parte altamente solicitada pode ser obtida a baixo custo por meio da presente invenção.
