Abstract

PROCESSO PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA CHAPA DE LIGA DE ALUMÍNIO NÃO RECRISTALIZADA. A presente invenção refere-se a um produto laminado essencialmente não recristalizado obtido a partir de uma chapa de espessura pelo menos 30 mm, compreendendo 2,2 a 3,9% em peso de Cu, 0,7 a 21% em peso de Li, 0,2 a 0,8% em peso de Mg, 0,2 a 0,5% em peso de Mn,0,04 a 0,18 em peso de Zr, menos de 0,05% em peso de Zn, e opcionalmente 0,1 a 0,5% em peso de Ag, resto alumínio e impurezas inevitáveis, apresentando uma pequena propensão à bifurcação de fissuras, durante um teste em fadiga, segundo a direção L-S. O produto, de acordo com a invenção, apresenta um ângulo de desvio de fissura Teta de pelo menos 20º sob um fator de intensidade de esforço equivalente Keff Max de 10 MPaVm para uma amostra de teste fissurado S-L submetido a um esforço em modo misto I e Il, na qual o ângulo Psi entre um plano perpendicular à direção de fissura e a direção do esforço é 75º.
