Abstract

formulação líquida para deferiprona com um sabor agradável. uma formulação líquida farmacêutica oral compreendendo deferiprona e uma composição para disfarçar seu sabor, compreendendo a referida composição para disfarçar o sabor uma quantidade eficaz de um edulcorante (como, por exemplo, sucralose) por litro de composição líquida, uma quantidade eficaz de um adjuvante de espessamento e de suspensão (como, por exemplo, hidroxietil celulose) por litro de composição líquida, uma quantidade eficaz de um agente umectante (como, por exemplo, a glicerina) por litro de composição líquida e uma quantidade eficaz de, pelo menos, um agente aromatizante, sendo que uma forma final de essa formulação farmacêutica cujo sabor foi disfarçado se caracteriza por um sabor substancialmente agradável e não amargo.
