Abstract

método para suportar login de pré-boot em sistemas de computador, mídia legível por computador e sistema de computador em uma configuração da presente invenção, prove-se um sistema e método para suportar um login de pré-boot incluindo: receber uma senha selecionada por usuário para ser usado em um login de pré-boot; determinar se a senha pode ser fornecida pelo usuário antes de completar de executar o boot do sistema de computador; e sinalizar, se a senha não puder ser fornecida pelo usuário antes de completar de executar o boot, que a senha é inaceitável.
