Abstract

SILO DE FUNDO PLANO PARA ARMAZENAR E TRANSPORTAR EMBALAGENS LEVES, VAZIAS E SOLTAS. Tem por objeto principal um silo de fundo plano para armazenar embalagens leves, vazias e soltas, bem como embalagens leves que se formam através de sopro e normalmente se armazenam temporariamente alinhadas de acordo com as etapas de etiquetagem e de envasamento posteriormente; o silo inventado se difere porque propõe uma nova solução construtiva, a partir da qual se reduzem notavelmente os fatores que produzem rachaduras, amassos e deformações nas embalagens vazias, que se armazenam temporariamente e que são transportadas até a descarga para as já mencionadas etapas posteriores; mais concretamente, a presente patente de invento se refere e protege um silo de armazenamento temporário, que compreende um recinto de contenção com uma boca de carga superior e um fundo que inclui uma descarga inferior que se comunica com pelo menos uma esteira transportadora motorizada, de onde as embalagens são levadas até outros meios que as transportam até as máquinas de envasamento e etiquetagem, dependendo do caso.
