Abstract

MéTODOS PARA PREPARAR POLìMEROS EMBORRACHADOS FUNCIONALIZADOS COM SILóXI-IMINA E O USO DESTES EM COMPOSIçõES DE BORRACHA PARA PNEUS. A invenção inclui um polímero emborrachado funcionalizado com silóxi-imina, que exibe boas características de reforço e efeito de dispersão de carga, um método para preparar, e uma composição de borracha incluindo o mesmo. Em uma modalidade, um processo para fabricar o polímero funcionalizado emborrachado inclui polimerizar um monómero de dieno conjugado usando um composto de organolítio como um iniciador em um solvente de hidrocarboneto. Em seguida, um terminal ativo final do polímero é reagido com um agente de terminação funcionalizado, representados pela fórmula geral: RCH=N(CH~ 2~)~ x~Si(OR^ 1^)~ y~R^ 2^~ 3-y~, Fórmula (1) em que R representa um grupo consistindo em uma arila ou arila substituído tendo 6 a 18 átomos de carbono, ou um heterociclo ou heteroarila tendo 3 a 18 átomos de carbono; R^ 1^ e R^ 2^ representam cada qual independentemente um grupo tendo 1 a 18 átomos de carbono selecionado de uma alquila, uma cicloalquila, uma alila, e ou arila; X é um número inteiro de 1 a 20; e y é um número inteiro de 1 a 3.
