Abstract

COPO DE PAREDE DUPLA. A presente invenção refere-se um copo de parede dupla e a um processo para sua produção. O copo consiste em um copo interno e em um invólucro externo em forma de bucha que é formado de um corte à medida de um material de papel cujas extremidades são juntadas. O invólucro externo em forma de bucha é axialmente encaixado e fixado sobre um copo interno produzido previamente. Antes do encaixe, o invólucro externo em forma de bucha é formado a partir de um corte à medida plano através da junção das extremidades do corte à medida, sendo que as extremidades do corte à medida são unidas por meio de uma cola aplicada em áreas limitadas do invólucro externo. As extremidades do corte à medida são unidas a um material termoplástico agindo como cola que pode ser, por exemplo, uma cola de fusão ou um lacre.
