Abstract

APARELHO EM UMA SALA DE PREPARAÇÃO DE FIAÇÃO, INSTALAÇÃO DE DESCAROÇAMENTO OU SIMILARES PARA DETECÇÃO E SEPARAÇÃO DE MATÉRIAS ESTRANHAS EM OU ENTRE MATERIAIS FIBROSOS, PARTICULARMENTE ALGODÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho em uma sala de preparação de fiação, instalação de descaroçamento ou similares à detecção e separação de matérias estranhas em ou entre o material fibroso, particularmente algodão, dotado de um duto de transporte de fibras ao longo do qual se dispõem, um após o outro na direção de transporte, um sistema sensorial para detecção de matérias estranhas e um dispositivo de separação tendo ao menos um bocal de ar comprimido (ar soprado) transversalmente eficaz em relação ao duto de transporte de fibras, sendo que o duto de transporte de fibras tem oposta ao bocal de ar comprimido uma primeira abertura que leva a uma câmara de separação conectada a um dispositivo de descarga de refugos, sendo que o ar soprado a partir de ao menos um bocal de ar comprimido é abastecível em um sistema fechado a partir da câmara de separação através de uma abertura adicional até a corrente de ar de transporte. Com a finalidade de permitir uma segregação confiável das matérias estranhas a partir do fluxo de material fibroso, sem afetar, de modo adverso, o equilíbrio de ar, de maneira estruturalmente simples, a câmara de separação é integralmente conectada ao duto de transporte de fibras e o ar soprado, antes de ser retornado à corrente de ar de transporte, passa através de um filtro, tela ou similares.
