Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE ALIMENTAÇÃO DE COMBUSTÍVEL, SISTEMA DE ALIMENTAÇÃO DE COMBUSTÍVEL E PROCESSO PARA O CONTROLE DE UM SISTEMA DE ALIMENTAÇÃO DE COMBUSTÍVEL DESSE TlPO PARA UMA MÁQUINA DE COMBUSTÃO INTERNA. A presente invenção referese-a um sistema de alimentação de combustível para uma máquina de combustão interna (1), que pode ser ope- rada com combustíveis de álcool ou de mistura de álcool/ gasolina, com um recipiente de estoque (2) para o combustível de álcool ou de mistura de álcool/ gasolina, e com uma bomba de combustível principal (3) acionada eletricamente, que transporta o combustível de álcool ou de mistura de álcool gasolina com uma pressão (pl) predeterminada para uma régua de injeção principal (6), que alimenta, pelo menos, uma válvula de injeção (7) controlável eletricamente, para a dosagem de álcool admitido por pressão ou combustível de álcool ou de mistura de álcool gasolina do ar de combustão- Es- tá previsto um dispositivo de alimentação de combustível para a dosagem adicional de combustível de álcool ou de mistura de álcool gasolina durante uma partida a frio da máquina de combustão interna (1), que do mesmo modo, compreende uma bomba de combustível (8) acionada eletricamente, 20 que transporta o combustível de álcool ou de mistura de álcool gasolina com uma pressão (p2) em essência, mais alta em relação à pressão (pl) adjacente na régua de injeção principal (6), para uma régua de injeção (9), que alimenta um número de injetores (11) correspondente ao número de cilindros da máquina de combustão interna (1), sendo que, os injetores (11) 25 apresentam, respectivamente, um dispositivo de aquecimento (13) elétrico para o aquecimento do combustível de álcool ou de mistura de álcool gasolina, e que são executados como válvulas de sobrepressão que se abrem automaticamente, que ao alcance de uma pressão (p2) medem o combustível de álcool ou de mistura de álcool gasolina individualmente no cilindro 30 em uma derivação de aspiração da máquina de combustão interna (1).
