Abstract

solução para cabo pélvico. trata-se de um dispositivo para o tratamento de fraturas ósseas que compreende um mecanismo de atuação removível acoplável a um mecanismo de fixação, que inclui um grampo que define um canal receptor de cabos que se estende através do mesmo e um membro compressor acoplado ao grampo para o movimento relativo ao mesmo, o movimento do membro compressor em relação ao grampo em uma primeira direção que move o mecanismo de fixação em uma configuração de fixação, na qual pelo menos uma porção do grampo é comprimida no interior do canal para fixar um cabo recebido no mesmo em relação ao mecanismo de fixação. o mecanismo de atuação inclui um primeiro membro e um segundo membro removível engatável com um mecanismo de fixação de forma que, quando engatado, o movimento relativo entre o primeiro e o segundo membro faz com que o movimento relativo entre o grampo e o membro compressor mova o membro de fixação entre a configuração de fixação e uma configuração de liberação, o mecanismo de atuação inclui, ainda, um mecanismo de tensão.
