Abstract

BOCA DE COZIMENTO COM QUEIMADOR DE BOCA A GÁS MELHORADO. A presente invenção refere-se a queimador a gás, como particularmente planejado para uso em bocas de cozimento para aplicações de cozimento de alimento residencial, que compreende um corpo inferior (1), uma tampa superior (2) fechando o dito corpo inferior no topo, dois anéis de chama coaxiais (3, 4) tendo o mesmo diâmetro, porém estendidos em duas alturas diferentes, um injetor de gás único (5), um tubo Venturi único (8) e uma câmara de expansão única (10) para o gás que sai do dito tubo Venturi único, a dita câmara sendo adaptada para abastecer os ditos dois anéis de chama do queimador. O queimador ainda compreende um primeiro elemento anular oco cilindricamente formado (6) adaptado para ser aplicado verticalmente sobre o dito corpo inferior e um segundo elemento anular oco substancialmente planar (7), que é adaptado para ser aplicado sobre o dito primeiro elemento anular (6) e suportar a dita tampa. O anel de chama inferior é abastecido com o gás da dita câmara de expansão através de uma pluralidade de dutos que são substancialmente dispostos dentro do dito primeiro elemento anular cilindricamente formado. Os ditos dois anéis de chama são fornecidos com orifícios de saída de gás tendo áreas de seção transversal sensivelmente similares.
