Abstract
USOS DE ALTERNAN COMO AGENTE DE TEXTURIZAÇÃO EM INGREDIENTES ALIMENTÍCIOS, COMPOSIÇÕES HOMOGÊNEAS, SEUS MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO E SEUS USOS. A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de alternan como agente de texturização, particularmente como substituto de óleo e de gordura nas preparações de produtos cosméticos ou de ingredientes alimentares, a uma composição homogênea compreendendo alternan e água, ao uso da composição homogênea como agente de texturização nas preparações de produtos cosméticos ou de ingredientes alimentares, e a preparações de produtos cosméticos e de ingredientes alimentares compreendendo alternan como agente de texturização ou a uma composição homogênea compreendendo alternan.
