Abstract

BANDEJA TERMOPLÁSTICA. Bandeja plástica sólida termoformada (10) dotada de uma base (11), uma pluralidade de paredes laterais (12,13,14,15), estendendo-se para cima e ligeiramente para fora da referida base (11), um flange primário (20) unido integralmente às bordas superiores das paredes laterais (2, 13, 14, 15) e estendendo-se para fora, tudo em torno da periferia superior das paredes laterais (12, 13, 14, 15) um ano (21), isto é, uma aba para baixo, que se estende para baixo e afunilando ligeiramente para fora da periferia externa do flange primário (20) e um flange secundário(22), isto é, uma porção pendente que se estende para fora da borda interior do aro (21), a referida bandeja sendo caracterizada pelo fato de uma pluralidade de nervuras de reforço (23) que se estendem substancial e verticalmente ao longo do aro (21) e para fora com relação ao corpo da bandeja. As bandejas (10) de acordo com a presente invenção têm uma rigidez aperfeiçoada e resistência aperfeiçoada À deformação e à curvatura, aperfeiçoamentos que foram alcançados sem aumento da quantidade de material plástico usado para a fabricação das bandejas (10), mas contando apenas com a sua geometria específica.
