Abstract

processo para a produção de metano de águas de processo e material biogênico a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de metano de águas de processo e material biogênico, tal como o que ocorre na produção de açúcar e etanol, sendo que pelo menos um recipiente de mistu-ra/preliminar (2) é abastecido com água de processo e biomassa, bem como, opcionalmente água de lavagem e/ou água fresca e/ou água de substrato, sob produção de uma pasta, a pasta é ajustada para um valor de ph e temperatura apropriados, a pasta ajustada desse modo é transferida para pelo menos um biorreator (8, 10), que apresenta bactérias de metano anaeróbicas e é deixada ali para produção de biogás,o biogás desenvolvido desse modo é extraído, e o líquido biologicamente degradado é descarregado, bem como a uma unidade de biogás (1) para o mesmo, com pelo menos um recipiente de mistura ou preliminar (2) para pasta, dotado de um sistema de troca de calor (7), e pelo me- nos um reator de biogás (8, 10) disposto a jusante, com bactérias produtoras de biogás, bem como ao uso da unidade de biogás (1), par produção de biogás e acumulação de água de descarga e de processo e produtos secundários da produção de açúcar e etanol.
