uso de composto na preparação de um agente para tratamento de insuficiência renal crônica. a presente invenção refere-se a um agente terapêutico para insuficiência renal crônica que compreende como um ingrediente eficaz um composto representado pela fórmula geral (1) ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo. ou seja, a presente invenção proporciona a provisão de um fármaco que compreende como um ingrediente eficaz um composto representado pela fórmula geral (1) ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo, tal fármaco é útil não só para a melhora de função renal, como também para a melhora de anemia, ativação de sod e excreção de substância urêmicas.
