Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO IMUNOLÓGICA. A presente invenção refere-se a composições imunológicas compreendendo sulfolipo-ciclodextrina (SL-CD) e, saponina ou QuilA, e opcionalmente pelo menos um antígeno. A invenção refere-se a métodos e composições imunológicas compreendendo pelo menos um antígeno, que pode ser um antígeno veterinário. O antígeno veterinário nos métodos e composições imunológicas da invenção pode ser um antígeno bovino. A invenção refere-se a métodos e composições imunológicas compreendendo vírus da febre efêmera bovina (BEFV), vírus de herpes bovino 1 (IBR) ou vírus da língua azul (BTV). A invenção compreende métodos de obter uma resposta imune contra BEFV, IBR, ou BTV em um animal, que compreende administrar ao animal uma composição da invenção. Na invenção, particularmente a resposta imune é uma resposta imune protetora. A invenção compreende um método de preparar uma composição imunológica compreendendo adicionar Quil A a um vírus.
