Abstract
APARELHO PARA REVESTIMENTO DE LIGA E MÉTODO PARA INTERMETALIZAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um material (20) que é revestido para intensificar e adicionar propriedades desejáveis através de um processo de intermetalização empregando uma atmosfera (14) substancialmente livre de oxigênio e um banho eletrolítico (18) dentro da atmosfera (14). Um substrato eletricamente condutor (20) a ser revestido é submerso dentro do banho (18) como um catodo (20) junto com múltiplos anodos (26), cada anodo (26a, 26b, 26c) tendo uma composição distinta uma da outra. Uma fonte de força variável (30) provê densidades de corrente distintamente selecionadas a cada um dos anodos (26) de modo a resultar em um revesstimento do substrato (20) por cada material de anodo (26a, 26b, 26c) em proporção às densidades de corrente aplicadas.
