Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA COMPOSIÇÃO, COMPOSIÇÃO, COMPOSIÇÃO DE LÁTEX, COMPOSIÇÃO DE REVESTIMENTO, USO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO DE REVESTIMENTO, PRODUTO, E, MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UM PRODUTO À BASE DE PAPEL REVESTIDO. A presente invenção provê novas composições de conjugado de biolátex e métodos de produção e uso dos mesmos. As novas composições de conjugado de biolátex compreendem um complexo de biopolímero-aditivo (preparado através da co-extrusão de uma carga de alimentação de biopolímero, pelo menos um aditivo que aumenta o desempenho, e pelo menos um plastificante sob forças de cisalhamento, reagido com um agente de reticulação, sob forças de cisalhamento. As composições de conjugado de biolátex exibem propriedades de desempenho aumentadas para papel revestido, papelão e para outras aplicações, usando níveis extremamente baixos de aditivos que aumentam o desempenho.
