Claims (9)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES1. Elemento Deslizante, particularmente anel de pistão para motor de combustão interna, caracterizado por que compreende um substrato e uma camada de proteção de desgaste, obtida por pulverização térmica de um pó que compreende as proporções de elementos
- 2-50 por cento em peso de ferro, Fe;5-60 por cento em peso de tungstênio, W;5-40 por cento em peso de cromo, Cr;5-25 por cento em peso de níquel, Ni;1-5 por cento em peso de molibdênio, Mo;1-10 por cento em peso de carbono, C, e0,1-2 por cento em peso de silício, Si;e- uma camada corrente, obtida por pulverização térmica de um pó compreendendo as proporções de elementos60-95 por cento em peso de níquel;5-40 por cento em peso de carbono.2. Elemento Deslizante, de acordo com a Reivindicação 1, caracterizado por que compreende ainda uma camada transitiva entre a camada de proteção de desgaste e a camada corrente, em que aPetição 870190021439, de 01/03/2019, pág. 7/192/3 composição química da camada transitiva exibe uma relação de graduação de 20:80 a 80:20, relativa à camada de proteção de desgaste e a camada corrente.
- 3. Elemento Deslizante, de acordo com a Reivindicação 1 ou 2, caracterizado por que a proporção de carbetos é de 10-75 por cento em peso, composto de 0-60 por cento em peso de carbeto de tungstênio, WC e 0-50 por cento em peso de carbeto de cromo, Cr3C2.
- 4. Elemento Deslizante, de acordo com qualquer uma das Reivindicações precedentes, caracterizado por que a espessura de camada da camada de proteção de desgaste cai na faixa de 100-800 gm, de preferência 200-600 gm e, com maior preferência, 300-500 gm.
- 5. Elemento Deslizante, de acordo com qualquer uma das Reivindicações precedentes, caracterizado por que a espessura de camada da camada corrente cai na faixa de 100-500 gm, de preferência 200-400 gm e, com maior preferência, 150-300 gm.
- 6. Elemento Deslizante, de acordo com qualquer uma das Reivindicações de 2 a 5, caracterizado por que a espessura de camada da camada transitiva, em que as camadas de proteção de desgaste e corrente estão presentes na forma graduada, cai na faixa de 0-600 gm e, com maior preferência, 0-250 gm.
- 7. Elemento Deslizante, de acordo com qualquer uma das Reivindicações precedentes, caracterizado por que o substrato é um anel com um diâmetro maior que 220 mm, de preferência maior que 430 mm e, no máximo, de 980 mm.
- 8. Elemento Deslizante, de acordo com qualquer uma das Reivindicações precedentes, caracterizado por que os tamanhos de partícula do pó caem na faixa de 1-100 gm.Petição 870190021439, de 01/03/2019, pág. 8/193/3
- 9. Elemento Deslizante, de acordo com qualquer uma das Reivindicações precedentes, caracterizado por que os carbetos estão embutidos numa matriz de cromo-níquel e exibem um tamanho de partícula de 0,5-5 pm.
