Claims (4)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES1. “PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE COMBUSTÍVEL INDUSTRIAL A PARTIR DE RESÍDUOS SÓLIDOS URBANOS” caracterizado por compreender as seguintes etapas:a) etapa 1: recebimento do resíduo sólido urbano na planta de processamento;b) etapa 2: depositar resíduos no transportador(1);c) etapa 3: por transportador(1) inserir o Resíduo Sólido Urbano in natura no alimentador(1.2);d) etapa 4: com gaveta(1.2.1.1) dosar o resíduo inserido na boca de alimentação(1.3);e) etapa 3: sob ação do soprador(1.10) executar a gaseificação dos resíduos na câmara(1.4) sobre conjunto de grelhas(1.7) a temperatura entre 500 e 800°C;f) etapa 4: executar sucção dos gases da etapa 3 para o queimador(1.5);g) etapa 5: sob ação do soprador(1.6), de tocha de plasma ou de chama piloto(1.11) efetuar a queima dos gases gerados na etapa 3 a uma temperatura entre 1.000 e 1.400°C;h) etapa 6: imediato direcionamento dos gases quentes resultantes da etapa 5 (1.000 à 1.400°C) para aproveitamento energético em um queimador de uma fornalha, forno pré-existente ou caldeira em uma planta fabril;i) etapa 7: coleta das cinzas pelo coletor(1.7.2) sobre a esteira transportadora(1.9) com tanque selo de água(1.12);j) etapa 8: direcionamento das cinzas para esteira transportadora(1.8) para armazenagem/destinação destas.
