Abstract

processo de produção de combustível industrial a partir de resíduos sólidos urbanos. os aperfeiçoamentos desenvolvidos e introduzidos no equipamento referido, contêm inovações introduzidas no reator(1), mais especificamente na saída da câmara de gaseificação(1 .4), na adição sobre a câmara de gaseificação(4) de um chaminé(100) com seus corpo(1o1), gaveta (102.1) e seus pistões(102.2), na adição do duto de saida da câmara de gaseificaçáo(1 11), da gaveta(1 13.1) com seus pistóes(1 13.2), e do duto(1 14) de entrada da câmara torcional. também foram adicionados o controlador(130), da entrada(130.1) de ar controlado para combustão do gás gerado e chama(130.2) de pré- aquecimento da câmara torcinal(120). com este certificado de adição também se agrega a possibiljdade de queima de diversas blendas de resíduos sólidos com potenciais combustiveis, incluindo pneus, e, por fim, na inclusão de uma câmara de combustão(120) do tipo torcional no lugar dos queimadores venturi(1.5) e, desta forma, na consequente possibilidade de eliminação da chama piloto(1 .11)
