Abstract
CORREIA CONDUTORA COM FLEXIBILIDADE VARIÁVEL E MÉTODO DE SUA CONSTRUÇÃO. Correia condutora incorporando uma largura e um comprimento, e uma linha central longitudinal, e apresentando também uma primeira borda longitudinal, e uma segunda borda longitudinal oposta e uma região de mancal de carga. A região de mancal de carga estando posicionada de modo uniforme em torno da linha central longitudinal da correia, ao longo do comprimento da correia. A correia condutora apresenta ainda uma primeira região de flexibilidade e uma segunda região de flexibilidade, sendo que a primeira região de flexibilidade se encontrando localizada entre a primeira borda longitudinal e a região de mancal de carga, e a segunda região de flexibilidade se encontrando localizada entre a segunda borda longitudinal e a região de mancal de carga. A correia condutora inclui ainda, pelo menos, uma camada de tecido, apresentando uma largura em correspondência com a largura da correia condutora, e apresentando um comprimento correspondendo ao comprimento da correia condutora, sendo que a camada de tecido apresenta uma densidade que varia ao longo da largura da camada de tecido; e com a densidade da camada de tecido se apresentando mais elevada na primeira e segunda bordas longitudinais e na região de mancal de carga do que a densidade da camada de tecido na primeira e segunda regiões de flexibilidade.
