Abstract

PLUGUE, FRESA DE LAMINAÇÃO POR PERFURAÇÃO E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE TUBO CONTÍNUO PELO USO DO MESMO. Trata-se de um plugue que inclui uma parte de borda frontal que tem uma curvatura convexa, uma porção cilindrica que tem um formato quase ou verdadeiramente cilindrico, uma parte de tronco que tem um diâmetro externo que aumenta gradualmente em direção a uma borda posterior da mesma, uma junta de mandril fornecida em porção de borda posterior do pluigue; um orificio de ejeção lubrificante que percorre através da parte cilindrica; w um revestimento que compreende óxidos e fe que é formado sobre a superfície de metal de base de cada uma dentre a parte de borda frontal bem como a parte de tronco mediante aspersão a arco com o uso de um fio de ferro. Dessa maneira, o plugue pode evitar que ocorram rachaduras de superfície interna em uma peça em bruto oca que é deformada através de laminação por perfuração, pode estender sua vida sem exigir um longo período para isso.
