Abstract

método e aparelho para medir desfocagem em uma imagem de vídeo que é codificada utilizando codificação com base em bloco desfocagem é uma das características mais importantes relacionadas à qualidade de vídeo. a estimativa precisa de nível de desfocagem de um vídeo é uma grande ajuda para avaliar precisamente a qualidade do vídeo. um método aperfeiçoado é fornecido para estimar o nível de desfocagem de vídeos que são comprimidos por um codec baseado em bloco, como h.264/avc, mpeg2, etc. de acordo com a invenção, a detecção de desfocagem local se baseia em bordas de macrobloco (mb), um esquema de ponderação dependente de conteúdo é empregado para diminuir a influência da textura e ao detectar desfocagem local, a dispersão de detecção parará em posições de luminância mínima e máxima locais.
