sistema e método para usar uma biblioteca de mídia personalizada para proteger o conteúdo em um sistema, sistema para interpretação segura e controlada de conteúdo de mídia digital e mídia legível por computador tendo instruções implementáveis por computador armazenadas no mesmo um sistema e método para usar uma biblioteca de mídia personalizada para proteger o conteúdo em um sistema de computação de mídia digital é divulgado. o método inclui ligação diretamente da biblioteca de mídia personalizada com um aplicativo de leitura/gravação habilitado com mecanismo de cumprimento de direitos autorais (ccm). além disso, a biblioteca de mídia personalizada gera um novo percurso distinto de um percurso de dados comumente usado do aplicativo habilitado para ccm de reprodução/gravação e um subsistema de processamento de mídia de um sistema operacional. além disso, um ccm é alertado para monitorar uma pluralidade de subsistemas de mídia do sistema de computação. ao fazê-lo, um arquivo de mídia bruto pode ser seguramente passado do aplicativo habilitado com ccm de reprodução/gravação através da biblioteca de mídia personalizada e sobre o novo percurso para um subsistema de mídia do sistema operacional que é monitorado pelo ccm, tal que o arquivo de mídia bruto é processado, reproduzível e copiável em um ambiente seguro.
