Abstract
"processo para remover dióxido de carbono de um fluido, e, instalação para remover dióxido de carbono de um fluido" um processo para remover dióxido de carbono a partir de um fluido compreende as etapas de: (a) tratar o fluido, levando-o em contato em contracorrente com um absorvente de líquido em uma primeira zona de absorção e depois em uma segunda zona de absorção para absorver pelo menos parte do carbono dióxido contido no fluido para dentro do absorvente; (b) despressurização do absorvente carregado para liberar uma primeira corrente de dióxido de carbono e produção de um absorvente regenerado parcialmente, (c) reciclar uma primeira corrente do absorvente parcialmente regenerado para a primeira zona de absorção; ( d) aquecer uma segunda corrente do absorvente parcialmente regenerado para liberar uma segunda corrente de dióxido de carbono e produção de um absorvente regenerado; (e) reciclar o absorvente regenerado para a segunda zona de absorção; (f) condensação do vapor d'água arrastado na segunda corrente de dióxido de carbono por resfriamento da segunda corrente de dióxido de carbono e transferência de, pelo menos, parte do calor recuperado para o absorvente parcialmente regenerado pela troca de calor indireta. a invenção fornece um processo de recuperação de dióxido de carbono em dois estágios em que a energia total necessária para a recuperação de dióxido de carbono é reduzida e/ou onde pelo menos parte do dióxido de carbono é recuperada a uma pressão superior à pressão atmosférica, de modo a reduzir a energia necessária para compressão do dióxido de carbono, e. g., por sequestro. também é divulgada uma instalação para a remoção de dióxido de carbono a partir de um fluido.
