Abstract

conjugado de sirma e método de preparação do mesmo. são providos um conjugado de sirna-polímero e um método para preparação do mesmo e mais especificamente, um conjugado híbrido formado por ligação covalente de sirna e um composto polimérico para aperfeiçoar a estabilidade in vivo de sirna e um método de preparação do conjugado híbrido. o conjugado da presente invenção pode aperfeiçoar a estabilidade in vivo de sirna, pelo que, obtendo uma liberação eficiente de sirna terapêutico nas células e exibindo a atividade de sirna mesmo com uma dose pequena de uma concentração relativa baixa. portanto, o conjugado pode ser usado vantajosamente não apenas como uma ferramenta para tratamento com sirna dos cânceres e outras doenças infecciosas, porém também um novo tipo de sistema de liberação de sirna.
