Abstract

processo para a preparação de derivados aromáticos carboxílicos triiodados. a presente invenção se refere a um processo para a preparação de certos compostos de carboxamidos dado, em particular, de derivados do ácido 2, 4, 6-triiodoisoftálico, como intermediários úteis para a preparação dos meios de contraste de raios-x de contraste, dentre os quais se encontra o iopamidol. o referido processo compreende a reação de compostos intermediários adequados de n-sulfinil com um alfa-hidroxiácido comercialmente disponível ou um sal do mesmo.
