Abstract

PNEUMÁTICO PARA VEÍCULO PARA CARGA PESADA Pneumático para veículo para carga pesada, compreendendo dois talões e uma armadura de carcaça que compreende uma parte principal (161) que se enrola em cada talão em torno de um núcleo de cordonel (171, 172) para formar um reviramento (162), cada talão compreendendo uma armadura adicional (163) e um perfil de enchimento que prolonga radialmente para o exterior o núcleo de cordonel, este perfil este perfil de enchimento tendo, em qualquer plano meridiano, uma seção triangular e sendo formado de um empilhamento no sentido radial pelo menos de dois materiais poliméricos (11, 12, 13) em contato seguindo uma superfície de contato que corta todo plano meridiano de acordo com um traço meridiano (112, 123) convexo sobre pelo menos uma parte. O módulo de elasticidade do material polimérico (11) do perfil de enchimento em contato com o núcleo de cordonel é superior ao módulo de elasticidade de qualquer outro material polimérico (12, 13) do perfil de enchimento.
