Abstract

método e disposição para reciclar materiais plásticos a invenção diz respeito a um método e a uma montagem e disposição para a reciclagem de materiais plásticos, compreendendo as seguintes etapas: a) reprocessamento da matéria-prima, em que o material, se necessário, é reduzido e levado a uma forma líquida e aquecido e misturado em permanência, ao mesmo tempo que se preserva a sua granulação e capacidade de fluir, e opcionalmente a sua viscosidade é aumentada e/ou é-lhe retirado o gás, amaciado, seco e/ou cristalizado; b) fundir o material reprocessado, pelo menos até ao ponto em que a filtragem seja possível; c) filtrar o material fundido de forma a remover impurezas; d)homogeneizar o fundido filtrado; e) desgaseificar o fundido homogeneizado; e f) descarregar e/ou subsequentemente processar o fundido, tal como por granulação ou processamento de película soprada, com as ditas etapas de processamento a serem levadas a cabo consecutivamente na ordem listada (fig.2).
