Abstract

fluido lubrificante de óleo em água de pequeno tamanho de particula trata-se de um fluido lubrificante de óleo em água para uso em laminação a frio do aço, compreendendo uma emulsão de óleo em água tendo um tamanho de partícula de 1 f.lm ou menos, consistindo de uma fase oleosa e uma fase aquosa, onde a fase oleosa inclui aproximadamente 5% em peso a aproximadamente 40% em peso de ao menos um tensoativo polimérico, aproximadamente 25% em peso a aproximadamente 95% em peso de óleo base, aproximadamente 0,2% em peso a aproximadamente 1 o% em peso de aditivos de lubrificação de extrema pressão, e aproximadamente 0,5% em peso a aproximadamente 6% em peso de outros aditivos funcionais.
