Abstract

processo de deposição interna em fase vapor a presente invenção se refere a um processo de produção de uma pré-forma primária para fibras óticas usando um processo de deposição interna por vapor, compreendendo as etapas de: 1) fornecer um tubo de substrato de vidro oco tendo um lado de admissão e um lado de descarga; ii) envolver pelo menos parte do tubo oco de substrato de vidro por uma fornalha; iii) forrnecer gases formadores de vidro dopados ou não dopados para o interior do tubo oco de substrato de vidro através do lado de admissão; iv) criar uma zona de reação na qual são criadas condiçôes tais que a deposição de vidro vai ter lugar no interior do tubo de vidro oco; e v) deslocar a zona de reação em avanço e recuo ao longo do comprimento do tubo oco de substrato de vidro entre um ponto de inversão situado próximo ao lado de admissão e um ponto de inversão situado próximo ao lado de descarga do tubo oco de substrato de vidro, onde, durante pelo menos parte da etapa v), o fluxo de gás compreende uma primeira concentração de flúor, contendo compostos, quando a zona de reação está se movendo na direção do lado da descarga.
