Abstract
técnica de vitrificação de oócitos em suporte metálico. a presente invenção refere-se a criopreservação de oócitos de mamíferos utilizando suporte metálico, e mais particularmente refere-se a estrutura metálica criada para vitrificação, servindo esta como suporte para manipulação, armazenamento e estocagem dos oócitos em palhetas; e a adição de copolímero bloqueador de gelo às solução crioprotetoras de vitrificação. existe no estado da técnica uma carência no método de acondionamento das microgotas vitrificadas contendo os oócitos, e além disso, a principal causa de crioinjúrias celulares é a formação de gelo intra e extra celular. em vista disto, a presente invenção abrange um suporte metálico, que facilita a manipulação das microgotas vitrificadas contendo os oócitos, poi permite o armazenamento em palhetas de 0,5 ml; e a adição de copolimero bloqueador de gelo nas soluções de vitrificação, a fim de diminuir as crioinjúrias causadas às células. a presente invenção refere-se à metodologia de criopreservação ultrarrápida, ao qual foi elaborada para ser utilizada em laboratórios de biotécnicas reprodutivas especializados.
