Abstract
MÉTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA COMUNICAR DADOS ENTRE UMA ESTAÇÃO MÓVEL E UMA ESTAÇÃO BASE LOCALIZADA EM UMA CÉLULA EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAÇÃO SEM FIO. Um método e equipamento para a transmissão de dados digitais em um ambiente celular. Células adjacentes do sistema celular (1 e 2A-2F) são impedidas de transmitir dados simultaneamente. Devido ao fato de que o ruído proveniente de transmissões de células adjacentes constitui uma fonte principai de interferência, a taxa de transmissão de estações base limitadas por potência (1 a 3) pode ser dramaticamente elevada quando o ruído proveniente de células adjacentes é eliminado. As transmissões para cada estação de assinante (6) são efetuadas em um nível de potência de transmissão fixo. No entanto, a taxa de dados dos sinais transmitidos difere de uma estação de assinante (6) para outra, dependendo das diferenças das perdas de percurso. Em uma primeira modalidade exemplar, a taxa de dados das transmissões para uma estação de assinante (6) é determinada pela seleção de uma taxa de codificação para o sinal transmitido, mantendo-se constante a taxa de símbolos. Em uma segunda modalidade exemplar, a taxa de dados das transmissões para uma estação de assinante (6) é determinada pela seleção de um formato de modulação para o sinal transmitido que modifica diretamente a taxa de símbolos da transmissão para uma estação de assinante (6).
