"processo para a preparação de somatotropina ativa a partir de corpúsculos de inclusão" processo para a preparação de somatotropina biologicamente ativa a partir de corpúsculos de inclusão de uma célula hospedeira recombinante contendo uma forma inativa da proteína somatotropina, que compreende as etapas de: (a) contato dos corpúsculos de inclusão com uma solução aquosa de álcool, a um ph alcalino, para solubilizar a proteína; e (b) colocação da proteína solubilização em contato com um agente oxidante fraco para redobrar e formar ligações dissulfeto intramolecular entre resíduos de cisteína da proteína.
