Abstract

Cet ensemble à ligaturer comporte un trocart (20) et un élément monobloc (10) constitué d'un corps (11), emboîtable à l'extrémité de ce trocart, et d'un fil (14) attenant à ce corps et formant lien, le corps comportant un canal d'enfilage (16) recevant l'extrémité libre (15) du fil à
l'une de ses extrémités et débouchant à l'intérieur du trocart à l'autre de ses extrémités, le fil et le canal étant pourvus de moyens de serrage, tels que des régions crantées coopérantes (17,18) formées sur la surface extérieure du fil et sur la surface intérieure du canal d'enfilage, retenant le fil en place une fois celui-ci au moins partiellement introduit dans le canal.
Cet ensemble peut également comporter des moyens, insérables dans le trocart, de saisie et de tirage de l'extrémité libre du fil passée dans le canal d'enfilage et débouchant hors de celui-ci dans le trocart, de manière à
réaliser le rétrécissement de la ligature par tirage de cette extrémité libre, et/ou des moyens, également insérables dans le trocart, de sectionnement de l'extrémité
libre du fil après tirage de celle-ci.
