Abstract

Cette invention concerne un mécanisme d'entraînement novateur d'unité de développement dans un appareil où cette unité doit pouvoir être à proximité du tambour photoconducteur et en retrait par rapport à celui-ci à la fermeture et à l'ouverture du couvercle respectivement. Le mécanisme d'entraînement comprend, comme illustré dans la figure 4, une première roue dentée conique (71) montée sur un axe de rotation (624) dans le côté du tambour photoconducteur couplé au moteur d'entraînement, une deuxième roue dentée conique (72) en prise constante avec la première roue dentée conique, une troisième roue dentée conique (81) montée sur un axe rotation (635) dans le côté de l'unité de développement, une quatrième roue dentée conique (82) toujours en prise avec la troisième roue dentée conique et un accouplement rotatif (91) entre la deuxième et la quatrième roue dentée conique. L'accouplement rotatif transmet le mouvement rotatif de la deuxième roue dentée conique (72) à la quatrième roue dentée conique (82) et autorise le mouvement de la quatrième roue dentée conique lorsque l'unité de développement se trouve à proximité et à distance du tambour photoconducteur.
