Abstract
Procédé de préparation de plasma appauvri en facteur X. Selon le procédé, on met en contact du plasma normal et un immunoadsorbant auquel est fixé un anticorps monoclonal dirigé contre le facteur X. Le facteur X se lie à l'immunoadsorbant et l'on récupère le plasma appauvri en facteur X. L'immunoadsorbant doté de l'anticorps dirigé contre le facteur X peut être réutilisé. On a également prévu des anticorps monoclonaux dirigés contre le facteur X.
