Abstract

Nouveau système intégré de réfrigération de produits agricoles par pression d'air. Le système comprend, entre autres, une multitude d'unités de pressurisation (4), des serpentins refroidisseurs à faible vélocité et un dispositif d'étanchéité à réglage horizontal et vertical (24) qui assurent, ensemble, un écoulement uniforme d'air à travers des empilages individuels et compartimentés (8).
