Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un vecteur particulaire synthétique, en ce qu'il comporte: un noyau hydrophile non liquide, une couche externe constituée au moins en partie de composés amphiphiles, associée au noyau par des interactions hydrophobes et/ou des liaisons ioniques. Elle a également pour objet un procédé de préparation d'un vecteur particulaire par encapsulation d'un principe actif ionisable, ainsi que les vecteurs pouvant être obtenus par ce procédé. Elle concerne enfin des compositions pharmaceutiques, cosmétologiques ou à usage alimentaire contenant de tels vecteurs.
