Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'exercer une pression sur une bande en déplacement (6), comprenant un rouleau de pression (1) constituant une zone de pression (7) avec une courroie élastique (5) sans fin qui se déplace et est soutenue par un contre-rouleau (2, 9). La surface extérieure de ladite courroie a une rugosité plus régulière que la face de la bande qui est en contact avec elle. Le rouleau de pression est chauffé à une température d'au moins 100 DEG C. Ce dispositif est conçu principalement pour la finition de surface de nappes de fibres constituant par exemple du papier ou un panneau. L'invention concerne un procédé comprenant le préchauffage de la bande avant son passage dans la zone de pression.
