Abstract

La machine comprend une chambre cylindrique (2) dans laquelle sont montés en interpénétration deux rotors (5) et (8) formant avec la chambre au moins un capsulisme dans lequel évolue un mélange gazeux selon les phases d'un cycle thermodynamique. Le rotor (5) est animé d'un mouvement de rotation continu tandis que le rotor (8) est animé d'un mouvement de rotation intermittent. Le rotor (5) actionne une pompe hydraulique connectée hydrauliquement à un moteur hydraulique accouplé au rotor (8). Sur le circuit hydraulique entre la pompe et le moteur hydraulique est prévu un clapet assurant l'ouverture dudit circuit pendant les phases d'admission et de détente afin d'interdire la rotation du rotor (8) et sa fermeture pendant les phases de compression et d'échappement afin d'entraîner le rotor (8) en rotation. Est prévu de plus un mécanisme de butée angulaire s'opposant à la rotation du motor (8) pendant la détente et l'admission.
