Abstract
Concasseur à percussion pneumatique comprenant un logement (11) accueillant un alésage de cylindre (20), un piston-marteau (28) muni d'une tête de piston (63) et d'une partie tige (64) qui transmet l'impact, une enclume (14) se déplaçant à l'intérieur d'un prolongement de l'alésage (50) et butant normalement contre la queue (15) d'un outil (16), une chambre annulaire à coussin d'air à absorption d'énergie (59) étant ménagée entre le piston-marteau (28), l'alésage (20) et un épaulement annulaire (49) dans l'alésage (20), dans lequel la tête de piston (63) comporte deux parties extrêmes (65, 66) espacées axialement pour coopérer avec l'alésage (20) à des fins de guidage et d'étanchéité. La tête de piston (63) est considérablement plus longue que la partie tige (64), et le jeu radial entre chacune des parties extrêmes (65, 66) et l'alésage (20) est inférieur au jeu entre la partie tige (64) et le prolongement de l'alésage (50), ce qui garantit une coopération à des fins d'étanchéité non métallique mais néanmoins efficace entre la partie tige (64) et le prolongement de l'alésage (50) ainsi qu'une herméticité améliorée de la chambre à coussin d'air à absorption d'énergie (59).
