Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de granules détersives coulantes présentant une masse volumique apparente d'au moins 600 g/l. Ce procédé se décompose en plusieurs opérations: a) neutralisation du ou des acides tensioactifs anioniques dans un excédent d'alcali pour former une pâte, et mélange facultatif à la pâte d'autres agents tensioactifs pour obtenir une teneur pondérale totale d'au moins 40 % d'agents tensioactifs dans la pâte; b) mélange de ladite pâte avec une ou plusieurs poudres permettant de former un produit granulaire; et c) séchage facultatif du produit granulaire. Selon ce procédé, au moins l'une des poudres de l'opération b) est séchée par pulvérisation et comporte un polymère anionique et un agent tensioactif cationique.
