Abstract
L'appareil (10) destiné à des tests en hématologie possède une unité de détection (20) définissant un orifice (102) de comptage d'écoulement traversant qui permet d'analyser un échantillon de sang, et une unité de pompage (16) ayant trois seringues (28, 30, 32). Les première et seconde seringues (28, 30) sont couplées à une chambre d'admission (A) de l'orifice de comptage (102) pour injecter simultanément un mélange échantillon de sang/réactif et un fluide protecteur respectivement dans la chambre d'admission (A). Une troisième seringue (32) est couplée à une chambre de sortie (B) de l'orifice de comptage (102) pour retirer du fluide de la chambre de sortie (B). Une unité de commmande (22) est couplée à l'unité de détection (20) et à un moteur d'actionnement (72) des seringues. L'unité de commande (22) comprend une base de données des quantités de réactifs qui correspondent aux différentes espèces animales pour la sélection appropriée de mélange réactif/sang dans l'analyse de sang provenant d'animaux différents.
