Abstract

Ce biomatériau contient des cellules épithéliales fixées de manière adhérente sur des microsupports, et il est conçu pour être utilisé dans la préparation d'un matériau de greffe destiné au traitement de plaies. De préférence, ces microsupports possèdent un diamètre de l'ordre de 50 à 500 µm, ainsi qu'un taux de couverture avec les cellules épithéliales qui est de l'ordre de 30 à 100 %.
