Abstract

Appareil de rotomoulage à axes multiples comprenant plusieurs bras (17, 18, 19, 20) espacés ayant généralement une position horizontale, dont une extrémité est fixée sur un bâti vertical (22), un ensemble de moulage (32, 33, 34, 35) étant articulé sur l'extrémité libre de chacun de ces bras. Chaque ensemble de moulage comporte plusieurs moules amovibles (36) équipés chacun d'un couvercle (38). L'appareil comprend plusieurs chambres de mélange (47, 48, 49) fermées, mobiles et orientées selon la verticale, comportant chacune un compartiment supérieur (51) pour le mélange des liquides et un compartiment inférieur (53) pour le mélange des liquides et des particules solides, le compartiment inférieur étant placé sous le compartiment supérieur, auquel il est relié et avec lequel il forme un angle obtus. Une trémie de chargement (54) des particules solides est reliée au compartiment inférieur au-dessus du point de raccordement de celui-ci avec le compartiment supérieur. Le dispositif de commande comporte un mécanisme de positionnement (64, 65) qui oriente séquentiellement un distributeur de chaque chambre de mixage par rapport à chaque ensemble de moulage pour contrôler la fabrication continue d'objets moulés selon un profil présélectionné de moulage à axes multiples.
