Abstract
Un procédé permettant de produire un panneau stratifié (10) consiste à chauffer, au moyen d'un fourneau (1), une feuille métallique (2) se présentant sous la forme d'un bande continue, à appliquer une couche de résine thermoplastique (3) sur au moins une des surfaces de la feuille métallique, à soumettre cette feuille métallique revêtue de résine à une pression en la faisant passer entre deux cylindres de stratification (4, 5), et à faire adhérer thermiquement la couche (3) à la feuille métallique (2). La feuille stratifiée (10) qui sort de la paire de cylindres de stratification (4, 5) est poussée par un cylindre déflecteur (6) dans le sens transversal de façon qu'elle soit maintenue contre le cylindre de stratification (4) qui est en contact avec la couche (3). L'invention concerne également un dispositif (A) permettant de mettre en oeuvre ledit procédé.
